These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of aze.zip (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract under Azerbaijani law.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to create links to malware, phishing, spam, or other unlawful or harmful content. We may check destinations against safe-browsing sources and remove or disable links that violate these terms.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are described on our pricing page in Azerbaijani manat (AZN). Online payment collection is not yet available; during this period plans are assigned manually. Plan limits are enforced from the day you sign up.
Availability
We work to keep the Service and your links available, but we provide it "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the date above, and continued use of the Service means you accept the updated terms.
